Aconitum tauricum, commonly known as Crimean aconite, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Crimean Peninsula. It belongs to the Ranunculaceae family and is known for its striking blue or violet flowers. Like other Aconitum species, it is highly toxic due to the presence of alkaloids such as aconitine. It thrives in mountainous regions and blooms in summer. Caution is advised as all parts of the plant are poisonous if ingested.
