Cimicifuga simplex, also known as Kamchatka bugbane or simple bugbane, is a perennial herb native to East Asia. It features tall spikes of white flowers and deeply cut foliage. Thriving in moist, shady areas, it blooms in late summer to fall. Often used in gardens for its ornamental value and ability to attract pollinators. Hardy in USDA zones 4-8.
