Thalictrum flavum, commonly known as yellow meadow rue, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and Asia. It grows in damp meadows and along riverbanks, reaching up to 1.5 meters tall. The plant features feathery, bluish-green leaves and clusters of small, fluffy yellow flowers in summer. It prefers moist, well-drained soil and partial shade. Thalictrum flavum is valued in gardens for its delicate foliage and airy flower clusters. It is also used in traditional medicine for its purported anti-inflammatory properties.
