Meadow phlox (Phlox maculata 'Alpha')

Phlox maculata, commonly known as Meadow Phlox or Spotted Phlox, is a perennial flowering plant native to eastern North America. It features clusters of fragrant, pink to lavender flowers with dark spots on the petals, blooming from mid to late summer. Prefers moist, well-drained soil and full sun to partial shade. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Grows 2-3 feet tall. Hardy in USDA zones 4-8.
