Corsican heath (Erica terminalis)

Erica terminalis, also known as Corsican heath, is a flowering shrub native to the Mediterranean region. It features needle-like leaves and produces clusters of pink to purple bell-shaped flowers in late summer to autumn. This evergreen plant thrives in well-drained, acidic soils and prefers full sun to partial shade. It is drought-tolerant once established and attracts pollinators like bees. Commonly used in rock gardens or as ground cover, it grows up to 1 meter tall. Hardy in USDA zones 8-10.
