Pinus strobus, commonly known as Eastern White Pine, is a large evergreen conifer native to eastern North America. It can grow up to 150 feet tall with soft, flexible blue-green needles in bundles of five. It produces slender cones and is valued for its timber, wildlife habitat, and ornamental use. It thrives in well-drained soils and full sun.
