Asarina barclaiana, also known as climbing snapdragon, is a fast-growing perennial vine with twining stems. It produces tubular, snapdragon-like flowers in shades of purple, pink, or white. Native to Mexico, it thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soil. Ideal for trellises or fences, it blooms from summer to fall and attracts pollinators like hummingbirds. It can reach heights of 6-10 feet (1.8-3 meters). Requires moderate watering and is hardy in USDA zones 9-11.
