Lantana camara is a flowering shrub native to tropical regions of the Americas and Africa. It produces clusters of small, colorful flowers that change hues as they mature, often attracting butterflies. The plant is highly invasive in many areas, outcompeting native species. Its leaves and berries are toxic to humans and animals if ingested. It thrives in warm climates and is drought-resistant, often used in landscaping.
