Spiraea media, also known as the Russian spirea, is a deciduous shrub native to Europe and Asia. It grows up to 1.5-2 meters tall with arching branches and oval, toothed leaves. In late spring to early summer, it produces clusters of small white flowers. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soil. This hardy plant is drought-tolerant and often used in hedges or ornamental landscaping.
