Rusty foxglove (Digitalis ferruginea 'Gelber Herold')

Digitalis ferruginea, commonly known as Rusty Foxglove, is a biennial or perennial plant native to southeastern Europe and Turkey. It features tall spikes of tubular, rusty-brown or yellow flowers with reddish-brown veins. The plant grows up to 1.5 meters tall and thrives in well-drained soil with partial shade. It is drought-tolerant and attracts pollinators like bees. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
