Redvein maple (Acer rufinerve)

Acer rufinerve, commonly known as the redvein maple or grey-budded snake-bark maple, is a deciduous tree native to Japan. It features distinctive green bark with white stripes and red veins on the underside of its leaves. It grows up to 10-15 meters tall and prefers partial shade to full sun. The leaves turn yellow to red in autumn. It is valued for ornamental use in gardens.
