Montbretia (Crocosmia x crocosmiiflora)

Crocosmia x crocosmiiflora, commonly known as montbretia, is a hybrid perennial plant from the Iridaceae family. It produces vibrant orange or red tubular flowers in summer, arranged in arching sprays. Native to South Africa, it thrives in well-drained soil and full sun. It spreads via corms and can become invasive in some regions. Attracts pollinators like bees and hummingbirds.
