Euphorbia palustris, commonly known as marsh spurge, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and parts of Asia. It thrives in wet, marshy habitats and produces bright yellow-green bracts in spring. The plant contains toxic latex, typical of the Euphorbia genus, which can irritate skin and eyes. It grows up to 1 meter tall and prefers full sun to partial shade. Its striking appearance makes it popular in ornamental gardening, but caution is advised when handling.
