Nepeta racemosa, commonly known as dwarf catmint or raceme catmint, is a low-growing perennial herb in the mint family (Lamiaceae). Native to the Caucasus and northern Iran, it is widely cultivated for its aromatic foliage and lavender-blue flowers. It thrives in full sun to partial shade, prefers well-drained soil, and is drought-tolerant once established. Popular in gardens for its long blooming period (spring to fall) and ability to attract pollinators like bees and butterflies. It is also deer-resistant and often used as a ground cover or border plant.
