Agastache foeniculum, commonly known as anise hyssop, is a perennial herb native to North America. It features fragrant, licorice-scented leaves and spikes of lavender-blue flowers that attract pollinators like bees and butterflies. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and well-drained soil, growing 2-4 feet tall. Drought-tolerant and deer-resistant, it's used in gardens, teas, and as a culinary herb. Blooms from mid-summer to early fall.
