Athyrium filix-femina, commonly known as lady fern, is a deciduous fern native to temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere. It features delicate, lacy fronds that grow in a vase-shaped clump, reaching up to 3 feet tall. Prefers moist, shady environments and well-drained soil. Often used in woodland gardens or as a shade-tolerant ornamental plant. Hardy and low-maintenance.
