Inula racemosa, also known as Pushkarmool or Indian elecampane, is a perennial herb native to the Himalayas. It has yellow flowers and is used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for respiratory and heart conditions. The roots contain essential oils and are valued for their anti-inflammatory and expectorant properties. It grows in high-altitude regions and is cultivated for medicinal purposes.
