Cedrus atlantica, commonly known as the Atlas cedar, is a large evergreen conifer native to the Atlas Mountains of Morocco and Algeria. It grows up to 40 meters tall with a pyramidal shape, featuring blue-green needles and barrel-shaped cones. It is drought-tolerant and thrives in well-drained soils. Often used in landscaping for its ornamental value.
